We depend on Australia Post to deliver all of our orders. Once you receive your order confirmation email, we will process your order within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be shipped or picked up. It's important to note that once your order leaves our studio, we are no longer responsible for it. Please keep in mind that our processing time does not include shipping time, which is determined by Australia Post. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your order, please contact Australia Post directly.

Pick up is available from Echuca Vic 3564, please select this option at the checkout. 

You will receive an email with the address details once your order is ready for pick up.
